LauraBirns design redefines sophisticated fine furnishings. Her designs are pieces of art, showcasing imagination, quality and function.

The excitement of being partners in creating a better environment through form and function inspired her to design with her heart and conscious. The manufacturing standards and procedures created followed LEED guidelines.

All of the solid woods used in construction are certified FSC woods from managed forests. We use either FSC certified veneers or recomposed veneers from tree farms. Our cores are formaldehyde free. All glues, adhesives and finishes are water based low/no voc finishes. Our cabinet top options include FSC wood, veneers, engineered stone, metal with post consumer content, recycled glass in an aggregate base, and lightweight, low fly ash concrete.

The cushioning in upholstery is a soy-based foam wrapped in recycled wool felt and/or down. All cushioning meets California Fire code without the use of harmful chemicals. We offer a full line of COM certified Green Guard and sustainable fabrics.

100% of all furnishings are made in the USA where all crafts people receive a better than living wage.
